Finance Committee
The Finance Committee consists of five fellows, two of whom are the vice-president and secretary-treasurer. The remaining three members are appointed by the president to terms of three years in staggered terms. The appointed member with the longest service on the committee is chairman.This committee is responsible for preparing the annual budget and advising the secretary-treasurer as to the investment of the Academy's surplus funds.
